1. Services

TurboKit may be utilized by companies to build their websites, but we disclaim any responsibility for the legality or compliance of the final product.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with TurboKit, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are the exclusive property of TurboKit. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TurboKit solely for your internal projects. You are expressly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or creating derivative works based on TurboKit, including but not limited to replications or similar products. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of your license and may lead to legal action.
